Job Description

Job Scope:
· Support the Legal Department with day-to-day tasks as well as projects (such as legal research and writing, drafting, proofreading and reviewing of documents, creation and update of templates, work instructions etc.)

· Assist with administrative tasks (such as recording of meeting minutes, liaising with stakeholders, preparation for trainings, maintain Legal Department stakeholder communication platforms)

· Participate in meetings, workshops, training etc.

Specific knowledge
· Equipped with good knowledge on foundational concepts of law (such as contract law, company law)

· Good communication skills (written and verbal in English)

· Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Powerpoint, Excel and Word, OneNote)

· Candidate should be detail and solution oriented, able to thrive in a fast-moving environment, and possess the ability to work independently as well as a team player

The following will be an added advantage:

· IT law knowledge

· Project management knowledge

· Prior experience within an in-house legal environment
