Our job is to define business requirements for a retail app’s functionality, UX design, rollout and integrations. We work closely with the regional Center of Competence (IT) and external agencies to realize our concepts. Our apps have been deployed in over 18 markets - and many more are planned in 2018.
The apps we develop help our retail staff to facilitate the sales discussion with customers digitally. From lead management to product presentation, financing, all the way to signing a digital contract – all seamless and integrated. For a best customer experience.
Your Main Tasks Will Include:
Assisting the team in Digital Customer Touchpoints:
- You will be working closely with Asian Markets and gathering business requirements for current and future improvements to the SalesTouch and/or iShowroom platform, and/or upcoming developments.
Learn about the retail business of Mercedes-Benz in the region and the overall digitalization strategy. - Suggest improvements on the user interface and the user experience. These changes will directly enhance the lives of our sales consultants in countries where these platforms are deployed.
- Develop novel and exciting concepts for marketing and promotion of SalesTouch/iShowroom to other markets and dealers.
This internship might require travelling within the APAC region.
Skillsets Preferred:
- Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required
- Ability to work in an international and intercultural context
- Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills; both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region if required
- Ideally availability of 6months and above
Optional Skillsets:
- Basic understanding of UX/UI concepts
- Basic ability to edit/enhance current UX/UI designs
