You are part of the Regional Office Africa & Asia Pacific (AAP) team of DFS located. Your role in the Business Controls AAP will encompass the following:
- Provide support on Process Management and Training related topics
- Support Management Risk Reporting and preparation of Internal Control Committee
- Support regular risk status monitoring and documentation
- Maintain and improve the quality and functionalities of Sharepoint-based Business Controls Database
- Support department on ad-hoc projects and tasks
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor in Business or Information Technology or any related field of studies;
- Basic Knowledge of Captive Services and Enterprise Risk Management Framework
- Good skills in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Good customization skills in Sharepoint is a must
- Good data analytics and presentation skills
- Good planning & organization skills
- Basic understanding of Project management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in an international and inter-cultural team
- Highly-motivated individual and able to work independently and proactively
