Established F&B Co. seeking KITCHEN CREWS to work in award-winning concept combining gourmet retail and bistro dining in Dempsey Hill (near Orchard)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and ensure all food prepared is consistent in terms of quality, taste and presentation
- Ensure all work areas, freezer and dry storage areas are maintained in clean and safe manner in compliance with SFA requirements
- Maintain standards set by Exec Chef in food safety and food quality
- Work in a team to ensure smooth operation in Kitchen
- Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all times.
Requirements:
- Able to work 5 days work week shift hours (44 hours per week including Sun and PH)
- Comfortable with working with large team members
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar role
- Able to work independently, as well as in a team
- Able to start work immediately or at short notice
