We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Sccuess Associate to join us. In this position, you will be playing an integral part by supporting the Operations Manager. Good computer and administrative skills are highly favoured. You should be highly organised and detail-oriented.
Part-Time Customer Success Associate
Roles & Responsibilities
· To dispatch job orders to drivers according to their mode of communication, based on operation controller’s schedule
· Liaise with drivers
· Pick up phone calls
· Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
Who We Are Looking For

· Undergraduates willing to commit and looking for a stable part-time work
· Friendly personality
Learning Opportunities
· Practice communication skills and master professional customer service skills
· Develop communication skills with the drivers
· Learn about and be involved in the process of operations in the industry
Location & Hours
· Location: Gul Circle
· Working Hours: Saturdays, 830am - 630pm (with one hour lunch break)
· Desk-based office environment
Compensation
· $9/hour
