Supervisor

• Full-Time Crew: Up to $2200 per month

【Job Description】

• Understand and ensure that outlets adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up.
• Responsible in ensuring that food is prepared in high quality, neatly, timely and following the formula
• Involve in the preparation of food
• Attend to customer’s queries and complains when required
• Clean, maintain and tidy customer service area and equipment to project a clean and neat outlet.
• To ensure proper stock ordering, keeping and handling.
• Meet and exceed sales monthly sales target
• Provide guidance and training to new outlet crews.
• Create a friendly, supportive, fun and professional working environment for the outlet
• To ensure that the outlet is consistently providing high-quality products and services to customers.
• Assist in scheduling of outlet’s manpower planning.
• Ensure proper handling of daily sales, petty cash, change and float
• Ensure proper uniforms, punctuality and grooming are according to the company’s policies and standards.
