Job Description
For this role, it is important to always be proactive. Be prepared to put on different kinds of hats when need be as being a team player is highly valuable and appreciated for us at Crane. Few of the areas that you will cover are as below:
1. EVENTS:
- Work closely with our Events Executive
- Onsite support during events (you may have to work in the evenings and weekends)
- Provide marketing support for events and other marketing initiatives
- Taking photos/videos of ongoing events
- Conduct research on relevant markets or competitors and update team accordingly
2. OPERATIONS:
- Attend to members' queries
- Proactive in giving tours
- Follow up with potential leads
- Help liaise Crane with its networking platforms
- Confident in meeting new people
- Outspoken and friendly
- Assist with administration matters
