- Work alongside with the operations team to ensure the smooth running of fulfilment services
- Assist with operations and sales / retail for the store, events, pop-ups, etc
- Assist with photo shoots, product styling, and copywriting
- Assist with online store management and other showroom tasks
- Assist in customer service (phone calls, emails, messages, etc)
- Follow up with clients for information and documentation
- Constantly seeking to improve and streamline operational processes.
