Cove Singapore – Marketing Internship

Role Purpose: We’re looking for super-star undergrads and graduates to join our ambitious and fast growing team. Your main focus will be on marketing our beautiful co-living spaces, selling our offer and building our strong and vibrant community of young professionals in Singapore.

Goals/Deliverables:

• Increase brand visibility and recall by creating memorable designs and campaigns.

• Increase website traffic through digital marketing initiatives

• Increase numbers of tenant enquiries across all channels through quality listings

• Increase retention of tenants through community mgmt and events

Core Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Head of Marketing on marketing initiatives

• Planning and executing marketing campaigns with the wider marketing team

• Strategising and managing Cove email and CRM efforts to prospects and tenants

• Coordinating, setting up and styling professional photoshoots and VR shoots of new properties according to guidelines

• Creating compelling property listings across Cove’s website and classifieds.

• Owning data analytics and tracking on newsletter and classifieds performance

• Use creative software like Photoshop or Illustrator to design simple marketing collaterals including enhancing images, creating floor plans, drafting EDM designs and more. 

• Sourcing brand partnerships to increase organic reach and secure member perks

• Share new marketing ideas to reach our target customer.

• Working with marketing assistant to organise awesome monthly events for tenants

• Assist in social media planning for English and Chinese channels

• Helping us to continuously improve tenant experience. 

Experience and Qualifications Required: 

Essential 

• Completed or pursuing an undergraduate degree in any field (business related is a bonus)

• Strong academic track record 

• Experience in a sales/marketing/customer service role 

Preferred 

• Experienced user of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator 

• Experience of digital marketing and/or performance marketing tools like Mailchimp, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

• Great command of written Mandarin (may need to translate English social posts to Mandarin)
