Job Description

Job Title: Inbound Sales Intern

Job Type: 3 months Internship minimum
Reports To: Paolo (Sales Manager)

Role Purpose: We’re looking for highly driven individuals who know how to work hard, play hard. YOU WILL NOT BE DOING COLD CALLS OR FINDING LEADS �. We do that for you! You'll definitely need a sense of humor and high energy for the role. Your main focus will be in securing great tenants for our awesome co-living spaces, pitching value offer and building our strong and vibrant community of young professionals in Singapore. The manager will be holding your hand through your time with us, so you won't be left alone.

Goals/Deliverables: 

➢Directly closing contracts on already qualified interested leads - end to end experience from nurturing to negotiating
➢ Own the booking process and ensure smooth handover from sales to community experience team

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Liaise with potential tenants to understand their requirements, share property information, arrange viewings and onboard them to COVE
  • Leverage on sales best practices to convert leads during viewings and post viewing stage
  • Collaborate closely with customer support team for lead insights.
  • Collate leads or tenant feedback to drive continuous improvement for sales and marketing team.
  • Help to continuously improve tenant experience

Experience and Qualifications Required: Essential 

  • Completed or pursuing an undergraduate degree in any field (business related is a bonus, but if you've got what it takes, we'd love to have you!)
  • Strong academic track record
  • Experience in a sales/marketing/customer service role
  • Strong sense of empathy, responsibility, and humor + energy
  • Independent - as your time to some extent can also be scheduled by yourself for a semi-flexible and optimal day-to-day
