Since 2020, foodpanda has launch pandamart, a grocery delivery service providing customers with daily essentials and lifestyle needs.
Working for one of the most well-known food delivery services, the Project Management intern will be the lynchpin in managing briefs from the country marketing heads from 12 markets across APAC to ensure smooth delivery of assets through efficient timeline and resource management.
Your day-to-day:
- Daily operations of account, ensuring all marketing requirements are met
- Liaising directly with country marketing heads to clarify briefs and get necessary assets
- Manage a pool of up to 12 freelance Art Directors and Motion Graphic Designers
- Traffic briefs and assign designers to briefs based on their strengths
- Oversee billing and tracking of freelancers' hours
- Timeline management and negotiation to ensure all projects run smoothly
The ideal candidate:
- Minimally a diploma holder
- Meticulous and good organisational skills
- Able to articulate clearly
- Have a problem-solver mindset and unafraid to say no
