Job Description
- To maintain and update the Banquet Event Orders (BEO) clipboards on a daily basis
- To distribute BEOs to supporting departments
- To requisite and issue car park passes and to keep an accurate account on all passes issued and returned
- Proper use of Delphi
- To assist with all incoming telephone calls and incoming inquiries
- Conduct Site Inspections of the Hotel and Banquet Facilities
- To meet with clients as required

- Able to work in fast-paced environment
- Accuracy in administrative duties
- Meeting deadlines
