Centre Manager (Enrichment Centre, fresh grads welcomed!) #SGUnitedTraineeships #SGUP


Specific Responsibilities Individual to be involved in:

  1. Managing Centre Operations to ensure that the Centre is physically clean, well-organised and well-kept to ensure the best presentation and environment for customers, teachers and students.
  2. Administration including class schedule, fee calculation, generating invoices and email communications with customers and parents
  3. Handle all front-counter customer service queries including online and offline channels
  4. Business Development - Identify new markets and marketing projects. Manage digital marketing presence such as Google, Facebook Ads, Instagram etc

Competencies

  1. Manage centre operations and learning administration.
  2. Experience and expertise with all online systems used in the course of student management, invoicing, learning management, digital marketing.
  3. Engage customers professionally and foster long-term relationships. Manage and inspect customer requirements, build trust and respect through the use of effective communication techniques and present information clearly and with sufficient details to meet customer needs
  4. Implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns and activities, and deliver optimum impact to drive sales

 

Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role under SG United

This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature).

Graduates interested in this position should possess a Degree Qualification in Business Administration, Communication Studies or other management-related disciplines.

Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.

 

All trainees must fulfil the following criteria: 

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and 

a. Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 to 2021 (both years inclusive) from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or 

b. Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service between 2019 to 2021 (both years inclusive)

 Trainees who complete their studies from ITEs, polytechnics, universities or other educational institutions within 2021 but will only receive their qualification / certification award in 2022 are eligible for the programme as well.
