Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- 2nd level onsite support and resolution to technical issues involving network connectivity, network resource access, desktop computers, Windows servers, including hardware issues
- Deploy and configure desktops and laptops & Servers
- Perform service and maintenance of Desktops/Laptops/Servers/NAS to upkeep their performance
- Support hosting customers on email issues and password resets
- Troubleshoot router/firewall/copiers issues
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Phone/email/remote support via TeamViewer for users
- Travel to different customer sites on a regular basis
