Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be assisting Director of Global Business Development & Corporate Sales in:
- Assist in brand activations to drive new footfall into COMO SHAMBHAL URBAN ESCAPE
- Curate initiatives on internal selling and advocacy
- Establish leads conversion flow, touch-points and content for each touch-point
- Assist in development of new revenue-driving content/product/services using current assets
Global Business Development:
- Identify trends in wellness retail
- Refine digital and non-digital brand B2B selling presentation deck
- Assist in B2C and B2B customer service and daily supply chain operation workflows
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in clearly communicating the strategy, either verbally or in written form
- Well-rounded young professionals who can evaluate a business for its weaknesses and strengths
- He/She must be a business-mind person, willing to expand his/her business development experience and show she’s ready for leadership roles
- Ongoing bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Finance or marketing, and other related fields.
- Skills in Microsoft Office, Digital/Social Media Marketing preferred
- Solution-oriented and the ability to keep calm under pressure and solve problems timely and effectively
- Commitment to ongoing knowledge and research in the wellness space
