To assist the Marketing team, by working with creative teams to update marketing collaterals for COMO Hotels and Resorts and COMO Shambhala:
Assist with collateral requirements for all 15 hotels and resorts
Tasks include formatting and updating COMO Shambhala treatment menus, F&B menus, and other marketing collateral (ie. press kits, fact sheets, Play by COMO collateral, sales flyers, programmes, itineraries etc.)
Assist the marketing executive to write briefs for collateral-related projects and tasks
Work closely with the digital team to update website with approved copy and images
Research, which includes compiling competitive analysis for CHR and CS
Formatting of power point slides and consolidating information for presentation decks
Assist in consolidating collateral audit
Assist with paperwork
Assist with packing of items via DHL, where necessary
