Job Description
- You will be part of the key team in a high profile awards ceremony that will be taking place physically in location.
- Your roles include maintaining the list of invitees and communicating with the award recipients and invitees on the transportation and arrival timings. You will also be co-ordinating with the recipients on their rehearsal timings and meal arrangements.
- To perform this role, you need to be meticulous and be attentive to details. You need to have great communication skills so that messaging gets across.
- For most of the days you will be stationed at our client's office in town, and the rest of the days, you will be telecommuting from home.
- A qualification of at least a Diploma in Business or equivalent will be required.
