ComfortDelGro Corporation Ltd – Business Analyst Intern (Digital Transformation)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist to review existing business touch-points and identify opportunities to digitalise them via the mobile apps, websites or new digital platforms 
• Assist to review existing car rental and fleet management operations touch-points and identify opportunities to optimise them through digitalisation 
• Assist to source and/or research potential solutions or vendors for identified opportunities for digitisation 
• Assist in project management, documentations and rollout of solutions

Learning Outcomes & Objectives

• Gain knowledge to the ins and outs of car rental/fleet management through understanding of work processes including digital touch-points 
• Learn the fundamentals of mobile application development and/or system enhancements 
• Horne stakeholders and project management skills through coordinating various related digitalisation projects 
• Deepen research skills through benchmarking against trends within or beyond the industry 
• Learn the concept of agile project management and product management by going through the product development life cycle

Requirements

• Penultimate student pursuing a Degree in Business Analyst, Business, IT, Info Systems or equivalent
• Analytical & detailed individual
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Team player who is also a self-starter
• Work/academic experience in project management roles, mobile app development or software development
• Proficient in MS Office
