Position Overview
This role will assist the Customer Service (CS) Manager in the local projects set for 2H 2022. This role will be involved in :
- Automation project – Standardization of CS processes
- Bridging all new systems with bottom up automation and standardization of processes across CS Asia
- Support team on enhancing automation skills
Requirements:
- Good learning attitude to pick up and understand supply chain business.
- An awareness of Industry 4.0 trends and programming skills like python, power automate will be preferred.
Learnings:
- Gaining exposure to company growth and digitization strategies
- Project management
- On-site activities inside a beverage plant and getting to work with a highly empowered and agile team.
