We also provide fire safety canvas supplies such as fire extinguisher and hose reel covers. Not limited to protection purposes.

Job Description

We are looking for young and self-motivated individual to support wide range of activities, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database. An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.

If you are passionate about HR and highly efficient, give us a chance to meet you. We expect you to have knowledge of various HR functions. We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with your character and skills. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.

 

  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
