Specifically, we are looking for an Investment Banking Intern, to assist senior bankers in originating and executing across a broad spectrum of industries in equity, debt capital markets and M&A transactions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS (KRA’S):
• Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies
• Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios
• Analyze the impacts of different capital structures and potential equity and debt capital market transactions or M&A transactions
• Research and analyze markets and industries
• Research and conduct financial analysis of companies based on company information, research reports, and other information sources
PRE-REQUISITES:
• Preferably 2nd or 3rd year undergraduates or postgraduates undertaking a finance related degree
• Open to work on very diversified structures and products
• Able to deliver under time pressure
• Strong work ethics, detail oriented and a passion for excellence
