Position Overview:
CCH Management Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking for an experienced Know-Your-Client (KYC) intern to lead, drive, manage and support implementation of Compliance’s new KYC onboarding automation tool project as part of the digital transformation initiatives.
- Work with vendor to support migration of existing KYC data to new system, including ensuring existing KYC documents, internal screening checks, approvals, are aligned to AML/KYC system and internal policy requirements
- Support the solution delivery with the vendors and stakeholders for the project, including delivery within the allocated timeline and budget and point of contact for certain workstreams
- Communicate the project deliveries to the team/ vendors and be responsible for managing the daily activities in the support of the project delivery and progress
- Working closely with project stakeholders to establish priorities, analyse requirements, manage risks/issues, research/evaluate options, and implement solutions
- Organise and document regular project meetings, monitor on all project activities and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management
- Translate user requirements into functional requirements for stakeholders’ sign-off
- Review functional specification document from vendor
- Develop user testing scripts, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), report results and provide workarounds as required
- Other ad-hoc related tasks as required
Knowledge/ Experience required:
- Min. Diploma. Students on LOA/ fresh graduates with internship experience in Compliance or KYC are welcome
- Experience in large-scale enterprise-wide projects managing milestones, measures, budgeting, resource and time management
- Experience in Know-Your-Customer (KYC)/Customer Due Diligence (CDD) including ongoing KYC reviews/ screening alerts management
- Good understanding of AML/CFT/sanctions regulatory requirements and KYC/CDD documentation/processes. Familiarity with project financing/syndicated loan transactions (primary and/or secondary markets) and corresponding KYC/CDD requirements is a plus
- Independent, detail-oriented, solution-driven and strong organisational skills
- Ability to interact with various users, senior management, technology teams and external vendors effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
- Good negotiation, problem-solving, conflict management skills
