Job Description

Position Overview: 

The incumbent will provide support on day to day HR matters including recruitment activities, training coordination, reporting etc. You will also get a chance to participate in a host of HR projects. This is a great opportunity for undergraduates who are keen to explore a career in HR.


  • Support the implementation of work processes documentation of all internal HR processes
  • Support the execution of the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening and scheduling of interviews with candidates
  • Assist in HR projects such as:
    • Automation of reports (Consolidate and transform HR data into a relevant dashboard to provide meaningful insights)
      Improving internship experience
      Employer branding
      Roll out of staff engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate and facilitate training activities
  • Responsible for monthly organizational chart updates / monthly employee engagement announcement such as birthday, new hire and leaver announcements
  • Assist in other operational tasks as may be necessary

Knowledge/ Experience Required:

  • Pursuing a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources or similar relevant field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and ability to work in a highly confidential environment
  • A good team player with the ability to demonstrate initiative and work well with minimal supervision and within tight timeframes
  • Good knowledge of MS (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
  • Able to commit from Jan – Jun 2023
  • Prior experience in HR will be advantageous
