Clarins – HR Intern

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

RECRUITMENT AND ON-BOARDING

• Assist with recruitment activities such as posting of advertisements, scheduling of interviews and basic screening of resumes
• Participate in interviews with Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Manager
• In charge of the internship program in Clarins
• Help to coordinate bi-yearly induction, monthly induction and onboarding materials
• Assist to manage and plan events such as corporate visit, career talk, career fair

HR OPERATIONS

• Assist with day to day HR operations work
• Assist with planning and executing engagement activities
• Assist with any other HR projects 

Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title Human Resource Intern (Jul - Dec 2022).

YOU HAVE: 

• Business degree
• No particular experience required but generally eager to learn and discover a fast pace business in a multi-cultural and dynamic international company
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Power Point knowledge
• English Fluency
• Eager to learn from experienced professionals (hard and soft skills)
• High degree of responsibility, integrity and attentive to details.
• Investigative nature.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, challenging the existing, seeking for perfection.
• People and, Communication skills with an ability to adapt to different personalities
