WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Focusing on Sales, Markets Data and overall Productivity, Finance Intern – TR APAC scope is rhythmed by multiple cycles as per below:
- Monthly Sales Reporting and Analysis
- Tri-annual Budget and Re-estimates exercises
- Day to day tasks and Ad-hoc Project Management
Sales components (top line) are defined as such:
- Retail sales (Sell Out) –Retailer sales to final consumer
- Net Invoicing (Sell In) – Clarins sales before commercial conditions to Retailer
The role is focusing on top lines with P&L related topics on ad-hoc basis.
MONTHLY SALES REPORTING AND ANALYSIS
- FX Reporting and trend analysis
- SOSI (Sell Out – Sell In) Sales reports and analysis
- Net Invoicing Group reporting
- Forecast File update
- S&OP (Sales and Operations) meeting preparation
BUDGET AND RE-ESTIMATE
- Assist on the preparation of the Budget deck to enable stakeholder’s involvement
- Participate to commercial budget reviews
- Convert financial data into intelligible PowerPoint illustration for general public
- Help feeding top management with Ad Hoc analysis contributing to the budget story-telling
DAY TO DAY
- Implement prices in Commercial System for actual billing purpose
- Develop SOSI ownership (updates, maintain and improve)
- Maintain systems and sales files related (Commercial System, Cube, HFM and Excel files)
- Maintain Customer Database
- Improve and document processes continuously
- Be alert on market trends, macro and micro economics, geopolitics etc.
AD-HOC PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Itemized Sales Report Excellence
- Any ad-hoc projects relevant to the business
Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title Finance Intern – TR APAC.
YOU HAVE:
- Business or Finance-related degree
- No particular experience required but generally eager to learn and discover a fast pace business in a multi-cultural and dynamic international company
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- English Fluency
- Eager to learn from experienced professionals (hard and soft skills)
- High degree of responsibility, integrity and attentive to details.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, challenging the existing, seeking for perfection.
- People and, Communication skills with an ability to adapt to different personalities
