Job Description
  • Perform due diligence checks and process account opening for retail/corporate clients.
  • Attend to clients' and trading representative's queries.
  • Responsible to scan all incoming account application for imaging purposes.
  • Archive forms into documentum (corporate/institution corporate reviews, reactivation of dormant accounts)
  • Attend to internal and external clients’ enquiries / feedback / requests via telephone, email and in writing.
  • Handle processing of clients’ updates and changes to their accounts.
  • Perform any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time.

Requisite:

  • Minimum Diploma/GCE "A" levels
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A pleasant personality and good customer orientation mind sets are essential
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point
