- Perform due diligence checks and process account opening for retail/corporate clients.
- Attend to clients' and trading representative's queries.
- Responsible to scan all incoming account application for imaging purposes.
- Archive forms into documentum (corporate/institution corporate reviews, reactivation of dormant accounts)
- Attend to internal and external clients’ enquiries / feedback / requests via telephone, email and in writing.
- Handle processing of clients’ updates and changes to their accounts.
- Perform any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time.
Requisite:
- Minimum Diploma/GCE "A" levels
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- A pleasant personality and good customer orientation mind sets are essential
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point
