To provide assistance to DCM SG head in deal origination and execution of debt and debt-related transactions. Specified tasks include (but not limited to)
- Prepare pitch books to support the team in deal pitching and structuring
- Extract, sort and format data in excel eg. Companies with MTN programme, companies result blackout, bond issuance data etc
- Coordinate execution and marketing process, including investor meetings, roadshow and the execution of bond mandates
- Draft sales memo, internal deal announcement, case study and market updates
