  • Assist with preparation of sending surveys to internal and external customers
  • Conduct survey questionnaire fieldworks
  • Analyse survey findings and assist with preparation of survey reports
  • Event planning > Co-ordinating and providing operational support in the development and execution of event> Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish event scope and customer communication plans> Establish customer communication plans

Job Requirement

  • Competent in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Competent in data crunching and analysis
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
