Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Conceptualize and design all printed and digital materials of the company (digital banners, lessons materials, website design, posters, brochures, direct mailers, menu, and other printed materials)
Conceptualizing, developing and creating elements for designs and layouts.
Manage and update marketing activities and promotions on websites, Facebook and other digital platforms.
Ensure all creations are in line with brands’ positioning and direction
Assist in photo shooting, video shooting and editing for online content creation
Assist to maintain and update the content in company website
Ensure proper documentation of all artwork files with working files are being archived
Copywriting
Assisting and implementing of all digital marketing campaigns including: SEO/SEM, EDM, social media and display campaigns.
Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends and competition ventures
Supporting customer service and enquiries
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
At least a Diploma or currently studying graphic design in related field or possess a portfolio with adequate design content
Able to commit to a full-time 3/6 Months Internship
Good conceptualizing and strong typographic skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Creative personnel with a keen eye for details
Good photography and basic videography skill will be appreciated
Highly motivated and proactive
- Has own Macbook with Photoshop, Illustrator or any other design tools critical.
- Proficient in Adobe Design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro
- Have to be comfortable to work in the office (Lam Soon Building) from Monday to Friday
