Job Description
Our Admin Executive are essential members of the Choice Furniture team and are responsible for assisting in the delivery of service to our managers and customers. They will primarily be involved in:
- Play an active role in the company's customer relationship management on different e-commerce platforms
- Data entry on invoices created
- Maintain and grow the company’s social media platforms
- Managing onsite content and campaigns, helping with deployment and management of content on our interactive website
- Managing Choice Furniture's offers and deals on website and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Amazon) – keeping merchant content up-to-date and promoting them in a clear, attractive manner
- Prepare e-commerce orders (mainly Shopee and Lazada) and pack the items to be picked up from the logistic partners
- Liaise with logistic partners and customers on orders
Other ad hoc duties will also be assigned.
