Chicp Pte Ltd – Customer Sales Executive

Summary:

The Company, a Furniture online retailer is looking to recruit a highly motivated team member to serve as a Customer Sales Executive. In addition to a fixed hourly rate, a commission scheme is offered.

Responsibilities:

• Manage viewing appointments, walk-in sales and after-sales services
• Maintain the operation of a showroom
• Customer relations management, and collection of feedback

Qualifications:

• Preferable to have prior experience in product sales
• No work experience required, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Must be fairly proficient in Microsoft Office and similar interfaces
• Pleasant disposition with an inclination for customer service relations
• Comfortable working independently and efficiently in a small team
• Must be willing to work on weekends
• Must be highly self-motivated to close sales leads for commission
