Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute daily booking & Truck Way Bills
- Booking processing.
- Handles import & export documentation.
- Liaise with internal, external customers & service providers for operations coordination.
- Handle general vendor sourcing & rates requests.
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of reports i.e. management report, Key Performance Indicator report.
- Monitor vendor / trucker’s Key Performance Indicator measurement and drive continuous improvements.
- Handle trucking challenges, be in control & provide solutions to customers & service providers.
Requirements:
- Strong written, interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical in terms of pricing / quotation
- Ability to deal with customers and sub-contractors
- Able to work and deliver within tight deadlines
- Preferable to have experience in MatrixOFS & MatrixTMS
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
- Possess a creative mind set to solve problems
- Able to multitask & work under pressure meeting deadlines
