DUTIES:
1) Data Entry For Cash In Hand - Cash Receipt And Cash Payment
2) Data Entry For Bank A/c - Bank Receipt And Bank Payment
3) Data Entry For Cash Term Purchases / Debit Note / Credit Note
4) Checking Cash Term Statement Of Account & Checking Credit Term Soa When Making Payment
5) Contra Payment From Trade Debtors Before Making Payment To Trade Creditors
6) Checking To Customers For Those Skip Invoices For Payment When Enter The Official Receipt
7) Data Entry For Credit Term Purchases / Debit Note / Credit Note
8) Checking Credit Term Statement Of Account
9) Data Entry For Import Of Purchase
10) Generate Sales Tax Invoices / Tax Debit Note / Tax Credit Note
11) Send Monthly Statement Of Account By Fax/email
12) Filing & Other Ad-hoc Duties
