Attachment / Traineeship Description: To be responsible for the overall operations of the dormitory
Specific Responsibilities:
To work with the operation team to ensure the safety, security and welfare of the residents at all times
To educate the residents on the rules and resulations and do presentation for new residents
To assist in reports and documentation works
To closely monitor the maintenance, cleanliness and security of the dormitory
Job Requirements:
- Highest Qualification: Diploma in Real Estate / Building/ Project / Facilities Management
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Business Strategy, Customer Service, Maintenance, Management, Market Research, Microsoft Office, Microsoft works, Operation, Project Management, Real Estate, Strategic Planning, Team Management, Facility Management, Strong Presentation Skill, Strong Technical Skills, Building Project
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Safety and security knowledge
- Familiar with FIDA requirementsFacilities management knowledge
