We’re looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, self-motivated and proactive foodie to join our Corporate Events Planning team. You’ll be assigned corporate accounts to manage their events and the employee lunch programs of exciting companies. Your main goal is to create a unique and memorable experiences via delicious food. 


Job Description
  • Manage Employee Lunch programs from some of the best companies in the world
  • Maintain close relationships with CaterSpot's key corporate clients
  • Retain monthly spend of key CaterSpot's corporate clients
  • Coordinate with our partner restaurants and caterers to create menus and plan unique lunch and event experiences for our clients.
  • Submit quotations to prospective customers based on their lunch programs requirements
  • Maintain strong and efficient communication with clients and vendor partners, being proactive along the way.
  • Pay attention to detail and confidently solve client-service issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients.

Who You Are

  • You are a foodie
  • Preferably you have F&B, food-tech, SaaS or hospitality background
  • No previous experience required - you are smart, driven and methodical
  • You have a knack for accomplishing difficult tasks through prioritization and time management.
  • Empathy: You really enjoy talking and listening to people.
  • Passion for making people happy: You have an eye for opportunities to impress customers with service that goes above and beyond.
  • Dedication: Willing to roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done
  • Graceful under pressure: Able to navigate any crisis that may rear its head, remaining calm and focused.
