Sales Internship

Casa Mia Coliving is looking for two enthusiastic Sales Interns to join our team and provide creative ideas to help sell our services and build our brand. This internship exposes you to a new segment of the real estate industry, and requires a passion for problem solving and an innovative mindset. The internship will be structured around one or more projects. The duration of this internship can vary depending on the projects.

Responsibilities

• Support all steps of the sales process, from lead generation to contract signing and members’ onboarding
• Prepare promotional presentations and materials to reach out to new corporate customers
• Help distribute marketing materials online (through social media)
• Other job responsibilities to be determined based on skills and interests

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the penultimate year of a Bachelor's program. Concentration related to real estate is a plus
• Background or courses taken in marketing and/or sales
• Ability to speak and write in English fluently. Knowledge of one or more European languages (French, Spanish, German or Italian) is a plus
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, blogging tools) and social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to implement ideas
• Having a blog portfolio is a plus.
