Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong social media presence through engaging prospective and existing customers on social media channels (including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, etc)
Provide interesting and thoughtful responses to comments, customer reviews, and inquiries
Formulate and execute actionable plans to boost our social media presence
Ideate and craft engaging written content for our social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, website, blog, etc
Survey the automotive community constantly, keeping abreast of trends within the industry
Understand what topics interest car enthusiasts and provide information on these topics
Multiply our social media followers and community exponentially
Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools
Participate in the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives
Report directly to the Head of Marketplace (Singapore) and work closely with Marketing on expected deliverables
Requirements
Passion for and a strong interest in all things automotive is a prerequisite
Motivated to convert customers into friends of our brand (#CarBROS)
Excellent command of written and spoken English, great interpersonal skills
Experience in Marketing, Copywriting, and similar skills
Knowledgeable in digital marketing channels, analytics, and reporting
Highly resourceful and expedient in completing projects
Good to have: 1 to 2 years hands-on experience in social media community management and marketing
