- Assist in multi-channel marketing strategies, which includes but not limited to: planning of social media content and e-commerce events, customer relationship management, community management, production, e-commerce fulfilment and customer service
- Collaborate with operations and marketing team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Communicate professionally with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat and text
- Coordinate marketing and sales campaigns cross-functionally (marketing, production, sales operations) to ensure smooth business operations
- Provide support to marketing administration and operations
