You will be integrated into the global marketing team as a part-time intern (approx 60 hours per month), including activity on Microsoft Teams, and regular department and company calls, if it meets your schedule. Flexible, remote working patterns are fine, though a daily check to quickly monitor the media and publish to social is required. Possibilities for more digital marketing project work, depending on your schedule and the company's needs. Due to the Singapore governments current COVID-19 guidelines, we are all working from home, when these restrictions are lifted we can discuss the possibility of this role being office based.
The role will include, but is not limited to:
Daily monitoring of earned media mentions, and recording and analysis using Meltwater
Daily scheduled tweets, LinkedIn and WeChat posts relating to media mentions
Regularly creating ppt graphics, chart and gifs based on internal
Canalys data on consumer and enterprise tech to help market our research services
Developing a publishing calendar to ensure consistent delivery of social media marketing our tech analysis services and Candefero online community
Management of WeChat social strategy
Arranging translation of PR in to Mandarin occasionally, plus checking accuracy of the final document
Support on EDMs to clients and press
Other support on digital marketing as needed - additional fees payable if the project is large
Supporting re-establishment of YouTube channel
Supporting SEO
Supporting creation of a quarterly report. analyzing performance
Supporting occasional paid for campaigns with copy and graphics
Supporting podcast publishing through Anchor
