Position Objective
The Intern will be exposed to a wide spectrum of business functions that encompasses customer service, marketing, and operations within Camp Asia. Over the course of the internship, the Intern will have gained insights into the operations of Asia’s leading holiday camp service provider.
Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Support the Customer Service Executives and provide quality customer service to customers.
- Provide accurate information promptly to customers and follow-up on camp booking enquiries.
- Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call back to customers.
- Assist with the backend support and the generation of reports for stakeholders.
- Review customers’ feedback and escalate the relevant cases to the Camp Manager.
- Basic administrative duties that include data entry and filing.
Camp Operations
- Support the Operations Executive with the handling of camp logistics and the management of Event Staffs.
- Proactively handle any arising issue and escalate any emerging problems to the Camp Manager.
- Propose ideas to improve the quality and smooth-running of camp operations.
- Assist in the stock-keeping of camp merchandise.
- Assist in the procurement of camp supplies.
- Involved in the set-up and pack-down of camp operations.
Marketing
- Support the Sales & Marketing Manager with the development of content for Camp Asia’s social media platforms.
- Prepare email newsletters and provide creative ideas for content marketing.
- Assist with the taking of photos during camp activities.
- Drive social media activities and engagement through regular content updates on Camp Asia’s social media platforms.
Position Requirements
- Cheerful personality with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent team player and service-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Good Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and Outlook
- Available to work during the weekends
Qualifications
- Currently a college/polytechnic/university student based in Singapore and pursuing a course in Marketing/Business Management/Events Management/Mass Communications/Outdoor & Adventure Learning or other relevant courses.

Working Conditions
- School office environment during non-holiday camp time
- Outdoor school environment during holiday camp seasons.

Terms of Employment
- Working Hours 8:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday; 9:00 am – 12:00pm Occasional Weekends
- Holiday Camp 7:00am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday; 9:00 am – 12:00pm Occasional Weekends
- Annual Leave 4 Days
- Referee request: Required
- Background Check: Required
