Job Description

THE ROLE:

Work with established portfolio of clients to achieve business growth through the development of partnerships from our in-house database and other job portals

Industry focus: IT & Telco, Commerce & Finance, Commodity, Banking and Insurance.

Support the Consultants/ Directors to source for suitable candidates through various job search portals and provide a true consultancy service with regards to vacancy and requirements.

Assist in strategic recruitment process i.e. candidate screening, interviewing, reference and background checks

REQUIREMENTS

Degree / Diploma in Business or Banking/Finance/HR/IT with strong interest in recruitment

FRESH graduates with outgoing personality are welcome to apply

Result oriented, outgoing personality and possess excellent communication skills

  • Screen CVs from Job street / Internal Database
  • Conduct phone interview to gather information including
    • Salary & Bonus
    • Expected salary

    • Assess communication skill
  • Format CVs for good candidates
  • Adhoc duties as assigned
