Job Description

In your role as part of Team BZR, you will perform a range of duties while primarily working remotely:

  • Generating, monitoring, and following up on leads from social media (primarily Facebook and Instagram)
  • Handling introduction calls with prospective new partner home chefs
  • Scheduling and preparing follow-up consultations for qualified prospects
  • Assisting in preparing and improving any collateral needed for presentation to qualified prospects
  • Collaborating with other team members on new marketing projects and initiatives
  • Create and deliver pitches to prospective industry stakeholders (governmental, NGOs, and other quasi-governmental bodies)
  • Develop and iterate business strategy with other team members
  • Participating in Tech in Asia Singapore 2017 as part of Team BZR (tentative)

Requirements

  • Able to commit for a minimum of one (1) month on a part-time basis (less than twenty five (25) hours weekly, inclusive of up to five (5) hours weekly of in-office time)
  • Strong internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Can do attitude, strategic thinker and passion for new solutions
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Familiarity with G Suite (primarily Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Calendar)
  • Willing, able, and eager to hustle, and hustle hard

Candidates who demonstrate the following will be at an advantage, although these are not strictly necessary and we welcome applicants who may not satisfy the following:

  • Candidates who can commit for a mid-term duration of three (3) months have an advantage
  • Students pursuing business or business-related studies are of particular interest
  • Proficiency in spoken Malay/Bahasa Indonesia
  • Possesses previous startup experience, in any industry
  • Holds a valid Class 3/3A license and has at least occasional access to own vehicle
