Job Description：
1. Manage core user operation; develop operation rules to run online community groups on digital channels e.g. Facebook Group, lead daily performance/outcomes discussion.
2. Expand content creator outreach efforts and maintenance on a weekly basis.
3. Advised with modification suggestions in the perspective of product users; cultivate close connections with users for problem-solving in order to develop a long-term influential user community.
4. Research on latest trends and development in social media space, creative ideation and creation
Job Requirement：
1. Strong communication skills, excellent English writing skills. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
2. Good sense and judgement on product with capability in categorising and prioritising user feedbacks.
3. Energetic, pro-active, creative in personality; capable in completing projects independently.
4. Proficient in data-analysis.
5. Passion in broadcasting and online short video products
