Burson Cohn & Wolfe Singapore (BCWSG) Internship Program is a paid internship. The duration of the internship can be customized from 3-month to 12-month, depending on a commitment level you’re comfortable with. During the internship, you’ll get to work closely with client servicing teams to gain experience in digital communications. Daily tasks encompass everything from research, digital communications, to paid media and even integrated campaigns!
You will be supporting the Digital team across its varying needs from data compilation for Social Media Listening and Reporting to copywriting for Editorial Calendars. Primary Responsibilities
- Assists Digital team in various areas such as Social Media Monitoring, Listening and Reporting, Community Management, Video Production support and writing Social Media posts (both long-form and short-form)
- Maintains central information resources for client teams including files.
- Helps with the preparation of routine correspondence, memoranda, and reports on behalf of Digital team.
- Participates as needed in team meetings and issues minutes as appropriate.
- Assists with research and compilation of proposal decks.
- Prepares Digital media kits and conducts mailings on behalf of team for Events.
- Assists in account administration duties such as activity reports.
- Collaborates with both leadership and junior team members on projects and tasks.
- Provides onsite logistics support at client events when necessary.
- Able to juggle priorities and maintains multiple projects/tasks at a given time.
Requirements
- Completed diploma or degree in Polytechnic/University
- Major in media and communications, or related studies
- Passionate about digital communications
- Eager to gain exposure across industries;
- Fluent communication and written skills in English and/or Chinese (Mandarin)
