Job Description
- Assist in maintaining the operational status of any system.
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
- Troubleshooting any technical bugs.
- Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
- Managing technical documentation.
Job Requirement
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Having some knowledge on coding will be ideal.
- Keen in learning new technologies and skills.
- Possess good communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to adhere to deadlines
- Ability to commit for a period of 6 months or more
