Job Description

Are you looking to work in a startup environment to help build a team? Are you able to take the challenge of working independently with guidance? Open to work full-time (or long-term part-time) is most welcome upon completion of the internship.

Our client is a trading app platform that is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and Nasdaq-listed in the US. They are looking to expand the user base in the APAC region. We are looking for a proactive intern who loves to take initiative to join our team. The hired candidate will add value by support business growth. Candidate should be committed to explore innovative new ways to increase outreach and boost signup rates. You must be part of a team who is driven to help the client meet their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing for candidates through various methods to fulfill the needs of company growth such as through resume screening, shortlisting, fixing appointments, interviewing, and selecting the right candidates for the different positions
  • Contact potential candidates through cold calls and messages
  • Assist in employee engagement, resourcing activity, employee relations advice, performance management guidance, and general support on a wide range of recruitment activities
  • Support to design and deliver best practice models to develop capability and provide assurance that candidates have obtained the skills needed for the job
  • Collate relevant information on various locations/platforms and come up with monthly reports
  • Manage several social media sites such as LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, and so on
  • Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.
  • Brainstorms campaign ideas.
  • Handle necessary paper works and coordination
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Familiar with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Youtube
  • Self-motivated, Committed, Positive attitude, Matured disposition
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to self-pick up new skills required
  • Be able to feedback problem
  • Minimum Diploma and above
