Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints.
  • Handle email, live chats and phone calls' inquiries
  • Co-ordinate with internal staff and ensure closure of all customer service calls/complaints.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Reach out to customers and verify account information
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and ways to improve customer satisfaction

 

Job Requirements:

  • Comfortable to work with spreadsheets, word documents, email and common software
  • Exceptional communicator and problem solver
  • Know how to manage customer feedback & complaints
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
