The BoxGreen family is looking for someone keen in data analytics to handle and deliver insight from a broad set of data sources, analytical tools and visualization software, across a diverse set of business applications including operations, finance, marketing, and website optimization to help the company in its next stage of growth.
Your responsibilities:

+ Enabling teams from all areas of the business to make strategic decisions by developing, automating and maintaining key business reports, data visualisation tools and other data analysis tools.
+ Offering data support for our on-site and off-site A/B and multivariate tests by advising teams from all areas of the business on test structure, sample size and sample selection as well as being involved in the technical implementation of the tests and the statistical analysis of the outcomes.
+ Supporting the segmentation of our customer base for our CRM marketing activities and the personalisation of CRM assets, along with the retrospective KPI analysis of those campaigns.
+ Researching and exploring technological innovations and advancements to our data stack.

+ A highly analytical mind with notable problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent inter-personal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical individuals.
+ The aspiration to learn quickly and develop a strong skill set in the field of Big Data.
+ An overall understanding of the considerations which are integral to a good experience for online customers.
+ Some knowledge of SQL with a strong desire to continue to develop these skills rapidly.
Bonus points if...
+ Your field of study is in a quantitative or science-based subject.
+ You have some prior work experience with data manipulation.
