Around 1700 researchers and engineers work at Bosch worldwide to develop new materials, methods and technologies as well as new systems, components and production processes.

Your Contribution to something big

We are developing a new testbed for smart waste sorting:
(a) Development of the testbed to integrate sensors, robots, controllers, wearable technology, etc.

(b) Research on applicable HMI (Human Machine Interface) solutions

(c) Apply design thinking methodologies.

(d) Design and develop experiments and prototypes.

(e) Development and maintenance of prototype applications based on controllers such as Raspberry Pi and Arduino

(f) Closely communicate with other teams via emails and presentation slides

 

Qualifications

 

What distinguishes you

  • Excellent final year undergraduate or master student in science &/ engineering.
  • Strong interest in IoT, sensor interfacing and Human Machine Interface (HMI).
  • Highly motivated person with willingness to gain experience in human-centric solutions
  • Experience in Programming, Electronics, Robotics (C, Python, ROS) and Image processing
  • Team player and ability to work in multi-cultural environment and international engineering teams

 

  • Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies. 
  • For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:
    • You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
    • You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
    • The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.
