Business Development Associate 

• BDAs would be put in a telecommuting environment with an in house legal counsel, to attend to clients who wish to consult the legal counsel on business matters such as commercial contracts, supplier's agreements, Non-disclosure agreements, or personal estate matters such as the formation of Wills/Trusts/Lasting Power of Attorney. BDAs will advise on matters relating to corporate solutions/estate planning solutions alongside 
• BDAs will be given a list of 3-5 clients on a monthly basis. On a telecommuting platform, BDAs are supposed to explain to clients on the features of the products that they have expressed interest in, and to follow up on client's interests through emails, texts and etc
• BDAs will be attending and giving seminar talks as a group with our associates, to big companies on corporate solutions . These big companies include Multi National Companies

• BDAs will be attending to interested clients and assisting them to fill up a template form before referring to and attending by the lawyers. It will be done in a telecommuting environment
• BDAs do not need to source out for their own clients. A follow up list of clients who have indicated interests will be given to the BDAs. In addition, BDA can also attend to the clients from the consultation sessions in the areas of estate solutions
• BDAs will be trained by different subject matter experts
• No Experience is required as training will be provided
